Raw Food Balls

Raw Food Balls

Here is a recipe I created that turned out so delicious I had to write it down and share with you.  It only took 15 minutes to make and is so simple:

Ingredients:

Almonds
Pecans
Dried Paw Paw
Ground Flax Seed
Dates
Hemp Meal
Salba
Lemon Juice
Coconut

Method:

  1. Put the following in a blender:
    - Almonds
    - Pecans
    - Dried Paw Paw
    - Dates
  2. Put the blended ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with
    - Hemp Meal
    - Salba
    - Lemon Juice
  3. Create bars or little balls
  4. Cover with Coconut
  5. Eat straight away or store in the fridge

Make Better Decisions and Improve Your Life

Intuition can easily be developed to enhance your life and align you with your life’s mission. Intuition has traditionally been linked to mystics or physics, but these days research indicates just the opposite. Everyone has intuition, just at different levels.

Think of intuition as tapping into your higher self or spirit. At the most basic level, it could be a feeling you have about someone you like or don’t like, or where you take your vacation.

There are great benefits in using your intuition more. In fact, most people use it constantly without knowing it. The challenge is when there is a major decision to make, it’s easy to get emotional and invest too much in the outcome. That’s when ego comes into the picture.

A good way to avoid ego and stay in contact with your intuition is to smile and say to yourself, “it doesn’t matter what I decide here, it’s still going to be perfect.” By trusting that everything will be fine you keep the channel to higher guidance open.

Here are 5 methods to improve your intuition:

Yes or No Method:

  1. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed and is away from distractions.
  2. Take a few deep breathes and let go of all your worries.
  3. Picture a grounding cord going down from the base of your spine going down 30 feet into the earth.
  4. Write your question down on paper or in a journal. To begin with make it a simple yes or no question.
  5. Write ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ at each side of the page. Which side of the page are your eyes focusing on or is your head moving? That is your answer.

Traffic Light Method: This method is often preferred by more visual people.  Follow the same steps as above except close your eyes and see what color comes into your head.  Green is ‘Yes’, Amber is unsure and Red is ‘No’.

Sway Test Method[1]: This is simpler than muscle testing and can be done on your own.

  1. Stand with your feet at shoulder width apart and hands by your side.
  2. Close your eyes and take a few breaths and let go of all your worries.
  3. Ask your yes or no question.
  4. You will start to sway in a certain direction.
  5. If you sway forward your answer is ‘Yes’.  If you sway backwards then your answer is ‘No’.

Left or Right Method:  Next time you take a walk, before you leave your home stop and ask, ‘shall I go left or right today?’ Wait for the answer.  Try walking around your neighbourhood by stopping at each intersection and ask which direction you should go.  Often your vision will focus in the direction you are guided to go.  Follow that.  It can also be done while driving.

Meditation:  The benefits of mediation on improving our intuition are profound.  When we regularly meditate we are clearing, stimulating opening our higher awareness and access to spirit.  The more you meditate the stronger your intuition will become.

Using these methods will more closely align you with your spirit and enhance your intuition skills.  With practise you will have more profound experiences and can better steer your way through life’s obstacles.

Be Gentle – By Tibetan Master, Djwhal Khul

Today is a great day to start with recognizing the changes taking place around you. You have all been through a lot.  Never forget where you have come from and what brought you here.  As you continue to develop and shift your energies towards a more divine purpose you will notice a number of things unfolding.  Your senses are becoming more heightened.  Your ability to know if someone is being honest and up front with you is increasing.   Your tolerance levels for people acting outside their own truth is diminishing.  You see, this is a normal part of the process to ascension.

You are a spiritual being and the part of you that was switched off is now being activated and attuned.  Don’t be alarmed with what’s happening to you.  Many of you are experiencing many unusual changes in your physical and emotional bodies.  Certain deep seated emotions are now surfacing.  This is quite normal as you are merging into one complete being.  You are remembering your past and who you were, the good and the bad.  The important thing  is to be mindful that this is just a journey.  You are here to experience and then move on.  The key to it is how you recognize and process that experience.

We remind you that there will be a certain rawness with what you are experiencing.  Don’t fight it, feel it, acknowledge it and then let it go.  The quicker you can process and let go of these challenges the easier it is for you to move forward.  Understand that this is just a journey and we are all on the same path.  People can choose to take the short cut or the scenic route.  Importantly we mustn’t judge the progress of others.  They will arrive at their own time.

Sometimes it may be difficult to understand exactly what it is that’s stopping you from moving forward.  Although it may seem a little selfish, do take time for yourself and do the required work.  Don’t be afraid to ask for help.   This is a time to be very gentle with yourself and others.  You are being rewired and activated towards your real work.  Allow the process to unfold.  Spend time with other like minded people and share your experiences.  The power of the group will help integrate and facilitate the necessary changes.  This is not meant to be a solo journey.

We are aware that many of you are concerned with the coming changes surrounding 2012.  Much of the confusion has been propagated by your media.  You can rest assured that it will be a time of great reckoning.  Some of you will deal with this increase in intensity with ease while others may find it too much.  It will be necessary for you to make some personal sacrifices and what we mean by that is evaluate what you have in your life and get rid of the superfluous things that weigh you down.  That can mean excessive belongings and adjusting your lifestyle so that you can live within your means.

The recent trend of excessive consumption in order to appease your emotional insecurities is clearly not serving you.  Many of you now realize that surrounding yourself with more toys and belongings does not make you any happier.  The good news is that many of the more senior people in society that have accumulated mass wealth are realizing that they’ve been holding onto this energy and subterfuging the flow of abundance.  While this won’t apply in all cases there will be many awakening souls coming to the realization that they can share this wealth and energy and effect great positive change.

As we approach 2012 time feels like it’s speeding up.  As a result you may feel an urgency and need to make changes in your life that you’ve previously been holding back on.  Don’t be alarmed with this.  Given the alignment of the planets and the corresponding increase in vibration you have a choice in how you react.  You can either embrace this change and use this increase in vibration to assist you in purging your lower emotions and limiting beliefs  – which incidentally will require a little time and patience -  or resist these changes and have a difficult time.  The point here is not to resist or to hold on to things.  Many of you will experience a certain amount of fear or loss around this and that’s OK.  Our advice is to completely let go of the outcome and surrender.

Understand that in order for new things to be created the old foundations and structures need to be destroyed.  This is called creative destruction and is part of the evolutionary process.  You are also evolving and as a result your physical body will also undergo a series of changes.  During this time, self care is the number one priority.  Really check in a listen to your body and your intuition.  It may mean going off certain foods that you’ve previously enjoyed.  To aid in this process we recommend you go on a cleanse or fast in order to make this transition easier.  It also allows the old energies and patterns to be released more quickly.  Try to cut down on the amount of processed foods and refined sugars you ingest.  They really do not serve you well and will impede your development.  Spend more time in nature and participate in gentle exercise.  You may also feel like going inward and spending time on your own.  This is completely normal.  The important thing is to be gentle with yourself and allow the changes to occur at their own pace.

What will be built in its place will be truly beautiful.  It may take time for the new foundations and systems to be put in place but remember it is all happening NOW.  It is all part of the Divine Plan.  During this time many of you will be called into action for your true purpose.  Surround yourself with like minded people and not to participate in activities that disempower you.  You will know this by how you feel.  If you are in what we call the flow, your heart will be activated and you will feel vibrant, happy and powerful.  The opposite is also true.   When you feel fear or anxiety you are operating outside of your true potential and purpose.

One final word of advice, help your fellow human beings.  If you see someone who is having a difficult time, it doesn’t take much to pick them up.  It can be something as little as a smile or a hello.  The more people you activate and recruit the easier it will be.  Humanity is going through a mass increase in consciousness and if you do your part everyone benefits.  Remember that it has to start with you.  Do not wait for others to take the lead.  You are all powerful beyond measure and have an important role to play.  Don’t be afraid to feel your emotions.  There may be times where they seem very raw and painful, this is normal.  It’s all part of your spiritual evolution.  We remind you to take time for self care and get some assistance if needed.

The future is bright and beautiful.  You really will love what’s being created.  It may not seem like it now with all the fear and bad news being reported.  Remember this is just an illusion.  There is so much beauty and love out there.  You have a choice whether or not to tap into it.  Enjoy the process.  Help is on the way and you are not alone.

Sacred Geometry in Vibrational Medicine

Sacred Geometry has become more evident in the media these days thanks to such films as the Da Vinci Code. But what’s all the fuss about? What’s so interesting about all this?

If you look into it a little more deeply into it you will soon realize that everything in the universe is made up of only a handful of shapes or forms. What’s more, these shapes carry a vibration that is pure and divine. That’s the reason why many churches, temples and places or workshop are designed with these formations in mind. If fact, if a building or structure is built according to these natural laws it increases the vibration and spiritual experience of people who congregate there.

The same can be said for sound and light. They are all operating at a certain frequency. The higher the vibration of that frequency the greater the impact it can have on our wellbeing and in healing. We all know how certain music can change our state. For example, classical music or music that’s designed for healing can calm you down and put you in a state of bliss. On the other hand, some heavy metal or death metal music can have an effect of making you more agitated and aggressive. It all carries a vibration.

Science has now proven that all matter in the universe has a vibration. This includes the people you spend time with, where you work, the food you eat and activities you participate in.  Just say that the average person experiences a certain amount of stress from work and family life and then feeds their body food and beverages that also carry a low vibration.  The body will respond by releasing certain chemicals like cortisol to reverse this. However, depending on your constitution, duration and severity of these low vibration practises your body will eventually stop functioning optimally and go into crisis mode.

The Merkaba Technique is a form of vibrational medicine based on sacred geometry that can quickly reverse much of these low vibration activities and create an immediate healing response in the body.

This allows you to thrive in stressful circumstances, take your health to a whole new level and bring your body up to a very high vibration. You can also benefit by becoming more resilient and clear of stress and worries, facilitate a greater spiritual awakening be happier and full of energy.

Be ready now for the great shift.  You are all being individually prepared for the great awakening.   Many of you are experiencing feelings and emotions that you cannot explain such as memories and emotions of pain and fear.  There is no need to worry or feel concerned with this as it’s just a release of ancient seeds.  You see what is happening is you are uniting into one.  Many of you have not come to the conclusion that you’ve lived before and that you’ve had other human experiences.  We ask that you keep an open mind during these time shifts.  For you to progress, it is required that you take time to be and purge these lower emotions.  They have to come out eventually and NOW is the time.

It can either be a pleasant experience or painful one depending on how you react to it.  We ask during this time that you to seek assistance from others who are skilled and prepared in such areas.  Commonly known as healers there are many people out there using various modalities who can assist you to make this transition as painless as possible.  This is not something that you should experience alone.  We all need community and if you feel a little stuck or notice some anger or aggression coming out acknowledge it and just let it go.  A great way to deal with these challenges it is to touch and activate your heart, smile and breath it out.

The heart is the key.  Many scientists now recognize that the heart has other functions than just pumping blood around your body.  It is a main energy center that when activated can transmute many of the lower emotions and stress that holds us back.  This knowledge has been known by many ancient civilizations and will become mainstream again.

Be mindful of your environment.  Your environment can either support you or hold you back from progressing.  This includes your place of employment, where you live, your relationships and activities that you participate in.  Ask yourself, is this really supporting me?  If the answer is no then we advise you to make the appropriate changes.  Many people find solace by spending time in the woods or other powerful places where they can connect with Mother Earth.  This is very beneficial as it will allow you to let go of the daily stress and worries.  Everything has a vibration and by putting yourself in high vibration places, it will transmute much of your stress, fears and worries.  It goes without saying that the more stress you are under the more time that you should spend in such places or have work done on yourself.

As you continue to peel off these layers from the past you will notice a freedom and lightness.  What is happening is that you are progressing towards your true self or who you really are.  Your true essence is emerging.  The more work you do on yourself, the lighter and better you will feel.  You will start to notice things in your environment that you’ve not noticed before.  See the beauty in simplicity and in nature.

Acknowledging others with a smile can have a huge impact on someone’s day.  When you put yourself in a state of gratitude and love and interact with others you give them a little lift.  They in turn will feel better and it becomes contagious.  It really is as simple as that.  You have the ability to shift others.

At the same time you will experience people who seem to be in a constant state of negativity and fear.  They always seem to be focusing on what’s wrong and don’t see the beauty and abundance that is surrounding them.  You can also have a positive impact on these people but remember it will be a work in progress.  Be mindful that you don’t over do it.  What we mean by that is when you are constantly helping others and bringing light into their life it can have a detrimental impact on you.  It will be necessary for you to retreat into a safe place from time to time to re-charge your batteries.  Remember that in order for you to do your real work you need to be operating from a place of high vibration.  If you are run down and stressed due to your work and environment this will impede your own ability to progress.

A great way to balance this is to create or join a group of other like minded people.  Ideally this can be a gathering where you set common goals and intentions to support each other and discuss issues and projects.  We encourage you to use discernment who you allow in this group.  Ensure that everybody admitted is aligned to the common purpose and that pride and ego is left outside.  The power and ability of these groups to create positive change is underestimated by many.  It’s important that any actions or decisions taken are designed to have positive impact on others.  Do not focus on the negative or what wrong.  Always work in the affirmative and to further the Divine Plan.
