Much has been written about the 7 Rays but not many understand the significance or implications of these teachings in a corporate application. They were first introduced to help people explain and understand the laws of the universe.
In the modern world they are equally useful. Did you know that everyone has a Soul and Personality Ray? In understanding your ray types it gives you helpful advice on they type of person you are and what challenges or vices you need to work on to spiritually advance. It can also be useful in a business situation especially if you are putting together a project team or wanting to employ someone. You can use this information to ascertain if this person will be complementary or not to your team. Equally, it can also be used for personal relationships too. If you are choosing a friend or partner it would also be helpful to know this information before you make a long term commitment.
In summary the 7 Rays are:
Rays of Aspect
1st Ray of Power, Will or Purpose
2nd Ray of Love-Wisdom
3rd Ray of Active, Creative Intelligence
Rays of Attribute
4th Ray of Harmony through Conflict, or Beauty, or Art
5th Ray of Concrete Science or Knowledge
6th Ray of Abstract Idealism or Devotion
7th Ray of Ceremonial Order or Magic or Ritual or Organization
The important thing to understand here is that you also can move from one ray to another depending on what we are experiencing in life. As you advance we can pick up traits and skills from other rays. You are all divine beings and to understand this in just a pure physical form will not be helpful.
There is also a strong manifesting aspect to these rays. They give a hint to how you play and what kind of levels you operate in. These teachings are now coming into the open again as people search for answers outside traditional structures. The 7 Rays can be applied to many aspects of daily life. Your place of employment also has a principle ray and a cultural ray. Within that organization there are teams and departments that posses certain ray qualities. If you can match up with personality rays with the objective of the team your will be more aligned and prone to succeed.
This approach to team dynamics will more important and relevant as you progress and are awakened to who you are. What’s causing conflict and dissatisfaction in the workplace now is you are doing jobs and undertaking roles that are not aligned with your personality or soul ray. This esoteric approach can be applied and used easily in small high success driven teams and organizations. It will also help you to better understand who you are want what your qualities and challenges potentially are. It a great tool to better guide teams and organizations on future decisions and allow you to operate more in a place of honesty and integrity.
